The new concept of Lamborghini, using the platform of the Volkswagen Group, raises a question. Will it make new Miura with four passengers?

According to Automobile Magazine, Lamborghini is considering the presence of a new model that will occupy a position between Huracan and Aventador.

Indeed, rumors of rebirth Lamborghini Miura oftenly blows. But very little information can be extracted to find out the truth. But if the 'tailoring' of the previous rumors of this new model will not be using monocoque chassis made from carbon.

Instead, this car will use MSB platform (Modular Standard Antriebs- Baukasten) or a standard platform with a front engine layout with rear-wheel drive. Exactly like the ones used most new Porsche Panamera. A strange composition for a Lamboghini.

However, other strange rumors keep rolling. One of them mentions that Miura 'Reborn' is a 2 + 2 cars. Namely the two-door configuration with benches, two in front and two behind.

This new recipe seems to have a chance to get the green light is greater because of the cost of development and production is likely to be lower.

Transplant model is not the first platform to do Lamborghini with the platform of the Volkswagen Group.

A few times before, the Italian manufacturer, proclaimed Urus SUV Lamboghini in 2018. Ride-share a platform with the Audi Q7 and Bentley Bentayga.

One thing that could possibly happen, Miura 'reborn' is also going to be armed with a hybrid engine variant.
